Ratha-yatra, or the Festival of Chariots, is a joyous event celebrated for thousands of years in the Indian holy city of Jagannatha Puri, and more recently in cities around the world. Another name for Krishna, Jagannatha refers to the ecstatic form of the Lord of the Universe, with large eyes and rugged features who is carried on a gigantic chariot during this festival.

Come sing and dance in the streets, have blessed viewing of the dieties Jagganath, Baladeva and Subhadra outside of their ordinary temple home and help pull the charriot for the grand parade, and then stick around for a Festival of Indian culture and Free Vegetarian Feast!
